Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all bulk apparel orders placed with PACIFIST, a brand of Khanna Enterprises (GST 07DKDPK7442E1Z8). By submitting an enquiry or confirming an order you agree to these terms.

• Standard make-to-order production starts from 20 pieces per design.
• MOQ may vary by fabric, customisation method and white-label requirements.
• The applicable MOQ is confirmed in writing in your quotation before any payment.

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
• GST is charged as applicable (typically 5% on garments) and shown on your invoice.
• Prices may change if your final specification differs from the enquiry.

• An advance payment (typically 50%) is required to confirm an order and begin production.
• The remaining balance is payable before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Production timelines begin only after the advance is received and artwork is approved.
• A PAN number is required for orders above ₹50,000 as per Indian tax rules.

• You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any logos or designs supplied.
• Production proceeds on the basis of the artwork and sample you approve.
• PACIFIST is not liable for errors present in customer-approved artwork.

• Estimated delivery timelines are shared with your quotation and are indicative.
• Freight charges, where applicable, are shown separately in your quotation.
• Risk passes to the customer on dispatch; please inspect goods on receipt.

As bulk apparel is hand-finished, minor variations in colour, placement and measurement (within standard industry tolerances) are normal and not considered defects.

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to deduction of any costs already incurred.
• Once production has started, advance payments are non-refundable.

Please raise any concern within 7 days of delivery at support@pacifistapparel.in. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Delhi having jurisdiction.
