Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2026

1. Overview

PACIFIST produces custom, made-to-order apparel. Because every order is manufactured specifically for you, refund eligibility is limited and is set out clearly below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Sale.

2. Samples

  • Sample fees are non-refundable, as samples are produced to your specification.
  • Where agreed in writing, a sample fee may be adjusted against a confirmed bulk order.
  • Sample shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Advance Payments on Bulk Orders

  • The advance payment confirms your order and reserves production capacity.
  • If you cancel before production begins, the advance may be refunded after deducting any costs already incurred (e.g. fabric, artwork setup).
  • Once production has started, the advance is non-refundable.

4. Defective or Incorrect Goods

We replace or refund goods that are genuinely defective or that do not match your approved specification. To be eligible:

  • Raise the issue within 7 days of delivery at support@pacifistapparel.in.
  • Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
  • Affected goods must be unused and in their original condition.

Minor variations in colour, print placement and measurement within standard industry tolerances are not considered defects.

5. What Is Not Refundable

  • Errors present in customer-approved artwork.
  • Change-of-mind once production has started.
  • Sizing chosen by the customer (please use our size guidance before ordering).
  • Custom labelling, branded packaging and other personalised add-ons.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of approval.
  • Applicable GST is refunded in line with the original invoice.
